Special Rhyme List:  Now That's Funny!

Notes:
I couldn't find any details about this very prolific writer!  This guy or gal  is very old, and has written in numerous languages.  The name sounds Greek to me.

God made man, frail as a bubble;
Man made love – love made trouble.
God made the vine – then is it a sin
That man made wine to drown trouble in?
